OCF 1.1 on Personal Java should be fine. The spec compliance testing tool
(of which don't remember the name) gave only one warning, and that was
about the default dialog for PIN handling: DefaultCHVDialog. It is easy to
register an own dialog and not use the default dialog. It might even be
acceptable to modify that one class for the OCF installed in the Personal
Java environment.
