The timeout value set in MFC35CHVProvider is not used to timeout the user
dialog where you enter the password,
but is used to send the APDU to the card.
If the card does not respond within 30 ms the TimeOut exception occurs.

I corrected the value to 3000 milliseconds now and this will be part of one
of the next OCF versions.

When looking at the code about timeout handling in Card holder verification
it seemed to
me that this needs indeed some further rework and clarification.
I have opened a problem report in our internal tracking database for this.
