At the risk of being accused of advocacy, I have worked extensively with GCR410
from gemplus and found them to be great. I haven't used PCSC with them although
they do ship PCSC drivers. See also previous comments from Pieter who is having
problems with PCSC/OCF and GCR410P ( the plug and play version ).
