Hello, the PKCS#11 standard is defined for C. This means that if you want to implement an "official" PKCS#11 I/F it normally will be coded in C. On the other hand there are a lot of people who want to have a "kind of" PKCS#11 interface in Java. You can find An attempt for a PKCS#11 interface in Java on http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/pkcs . OCF normally is used to access cards. Thus it is not advisable to implement a complete PKCS#11 Interface here, because in PKCS#11 partially provides functionality like OCF. On the other hand it does make sense to access for example java card applets holding PKCS#11 functions. Hello, is it possible to develop one of such modules (to perform cryptographic operations with Netscape and IE) with Java and OCF or must both be implemented in C++? Thanks Visit the OpenCard Framework's WWW site at http://www.opencard.org/ for access to documentation, code, presentations, and OCF announcements. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- To unsubscribe from the OCF Mailing list, send a mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" with the word "unsubscribe" in the BODY of the message.
