Are you sure that both classes
opencard.opt.service.OCF11CardServiceFactory
AND
opencard.core.service.CardServiceFactory
are from the same level of OpenCard (OCF 1.1.1)
or do you have a mixed environment (maybe some older classes somewhere in
the classpath?)
