Please put the OCFPCSC1.DLL which is part of the OCF package into your
system path
(e.g. \winnt\system32) or any other path in your PATH environment variable.
OCFPCSC1 is the DLL that maps between OCF PCSC CardTerminal (written in
java with Java Native Interface) and the PC/SC DLL of
Microsoft
