Tony,

If you use the Java-Powered iButton as your JavaCard 2.0 device, you do not need to 
license the algorithm because Dallas Semiconductor has already paid the licensing fees 
for use of the algorithm inside the iButton, provided that all your RSA encryption and 
decryption operations are performed inside the iButton.

If you use a card, you will have to inquire from the manufacturer of the card as to 
whether they have prepaid the licensing fees for use of the algorithm inside their 
cards.
