I think that most Reader/Writers are non pc/sc until they are used with pc/sc drivers. We here at Datakey have a reader that is non pc/sc for the time being. In the fourth quarter we will release our ps/sc drivers and it will be ready to go in a pc/sc environment. I am sure that GemPlus, and Schumberger, and Utimaco, and Towitoko and many others all have readers that are not inherently pc/sc.
