Hi folks,
We'd like to upgrade the opencard server that is running the web site and
the mailing lists. For that purpose we need to take the server offline for
a limited amount of time: Both the mailing lists and the web site shall not
be available from
Monday, September 27 until Thursday, September 30, 1999
We expect to be in operation again on Friday, October 1, 1999.
