Hi,   I have the answer to your first question. There are many publications which are floating around. But the best of the lot, according to me would be "Card Technology" by Faulkner & Gray. It does give one a decent outlook on the major smart card happenings worldwide, emerging markets & trends etc.   If anyone else can suggest anymore names, please do so.   As to your second question, I too am looking out for it, so if someone can provide it, I'll be very grateful.
