Hi!

What card terminal are you using? If you have Giesecke PCT200 and you are using card 
terminal
classes supplied by G&D, then it might be exectly the same problem I had some time ago.
Guys from G&D informed me that it is a bug in PCT200 card terminal implementation. 
They assured me that it will be fixed. Unfortunately, I heard nothing from them about 
that since that time.
