It seems you dont have a correct opencard.properties file. This is my 
opencard.properties
file.

OpenCard.services = opencard.opt.util.PassThruCardServiceFactory
OpenCard.terminals =
com.gemplus.opencard.terminal.GemplusCardTerminalFactory|mygcr|GCR410|COM1

Change COM1 with your own COM port (COM2, COM4...). You also need the 
gemplus-terminals.jar
classes, which are the OCF Gemplus specific classes, and put everithing in the 
CLASSPATH!. I
think you can get it at www.gemplus.com; if you don't, write me and I will send you.
