PCSC10 is for PC/SC.
PCSCMig is for a migration package that offered an interface similar to PC/SC
for card readers for which no PC/SC drivers existed, i.e. it refers to the
migration from interfaces of non-PC/SC compliant readers to PC/SC.
Today, PC/SC drivers exist for most smart card readers, so PCSCMig is seldomly
needed.

Yes, I installed all those components. Other programs work fine using PCSC.
Just not OCF stuff.
What is the difference between Pcsc10 and PcscMig?? Is one newer than the
