The only two smart card library for the Palm I know off are from
University of Michigan (?) and my library SCEZ.

You should find a link from http://www.linuxnet.com/smartcard/ to the
University. I think the link is from the list of the reader drivers.
It supports Towitoko Chipdrives and is written in C. I did not look
so much at it.

You can get my library from http://www.franken.de/crypt/scez.html.
It supports the Dumb Mouse (and simmilar readers) and the Towitoko
Chipdrive (and some smart cards). SCEZ does not support inverse
convention on the Palm (but on unix and MS Windows). Probably a bug
in the serial library. SCEZ is also written in C.

On both web sites are pictures of the Palm with reader.
