Yes, OCF does work quite nicely within the JBuilder environment.
We at Oza are in the last few weeks of a 2 men-years smartcard project
organized around OCF, including the development of a Mifare CardService and
a GCR680 Gemplus CardTerminal.
OCF is a charm to work with.
As for JBuilder... Well, JBuilder is subject to numerous bugs (not in any
way related to OCF). We intend to drop JBuilder as soon as Forte is fully
operationnal as an industrial alternative.
In order to work with OCF from JBuilder, you need to add opencard jar files
in Java libraries.
Please follow the following procedure :
- In the tab Project->Properties, select Library, New
- Define Library name, eg : Opencard
- To define jar files, add all jar files eg : C:\Program
Files\JBuilder3\OCF1.1.1\lib\base-core.jar
- Press Ok when finished. You have just created a new library.
- Add the new library to your project : Select OCF 1.1.1 and press Add.
