Ashish, the book called "Smart Card Application Development Using Java" has a chapter about Java Card. You can find a Table of Contents on http://www.opencard.org/SCJavaBook . You can order it at the publisher (Springer http://www.springer.de) , at amazon.com or at a lot of other online book stores. But I really don't know how long it takes to India, but I would assume that via DHL or another Express service you should have it within a week.
