the book called "Smart Card Application Development Using Java" has a chapter
about Java Card. You can find a Table of Contents on
http://www.opencard.org/SCJavaBook .
You can order it at the publisher (Springer http://www.springer.de) , at
amazon.com or at a lot of other online book stores.
But I really don't know how long it takes to India, but I would assume that via
DHL or another Express service you should have it within a week.
