for your idea of a "shim between OCF and the PC/SC Resource Manager for
Linux/Unix": Have you considered starting from PCSC10CardTerminal ? If that
works on Windows' PC/SC and the PC/SC on LINUX prototype is providing the same
interface, you would be quite close already, wouldn't you?
