Hi David,
the TOWITOKO ChipDrive extern is fully compatible with the
Personal CardTerminal PCT-200 sold by Giesecke & Devrient (www.gdm.de).
You may therefore use their own OCF CardTerminal implementation,
which is 100% pure Java (well, 95%, since it runs on top of javax.comm ;-)
instead of being based on PC/SC Win32 drivers.
