Hi Harley,
I may help you to obtain information about gemplus contacts and gemplus
product, of course, you have the site www.gemplus.com to list all Gemplus
Offices ( http://www.gemplus.fr/contact/).
For your technical problem, I don't understand if you have only a
GemXpresso 211 PK or if you purchassed the GemXpresso RAD kit with a
GemXpresso 211 PK. See
http://www.gemplus.fr/products/software/gemxpresso_rad_211.htm (I think the
last release of the kit, GemXpresso RAD III, should be available at this
time) and
http://www.gemplus.fr/developers/products/gemxpresso_rad211_pk/index.htm .
GemXpresso RAD allows you to develop JavaCard Applet in JBuilder or VCafe
thank to a pluggin, to convert it, to test it in a Simulator (setp by
step/breakpoint) and to load it with a JCardManager, to scan the card or to
play script to your applet, etc...
In this kit, you can use the VOPCardService for your client application. For
any support about this product, contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
I hope that my informations will be usefull to you.
Regards.
Laurent.

Subject: [OCF] Help on GEMXPRESSO 211PK!!!
Hi Marc,
Thanks for that information that you sent me. I was actually able to create
the cap files but has not yet started to load the same into the javacard coz
I dunno
how to do it on the first place. I am using GemXpresso 211PK card. Also,
when I tried using the classes in the OCF base-core.jar, it appears that the
GPKCardServicefactory does not support the GemXpresso card. Pardon me for my
ignorance but do you have any idea what card service do i have to use for
this type of
card? If you can also provide info for me on how to load the cap file to
this type of card is highly appreciated.
I just seems that Gemplus people do not want respond to my query about
their product!!! If any Gemplus people are around, please help me,,,
1. Is there a utility something like GPK Pilot that I can use for
GemXpresso 211PK Card?
2. What type of card service should I use for GemXpresso 211PK?
If only you can provide a better link to technical development stuff in the
Gemplus development page linking the GemXpresso 211PK than filling it up my
most ad
on the product would be very appreciated... (By the way you Gemplus people
did great on GPK Card Services page, why not use the same???)
regards,
Harley
