You can treat the Towitoko as a standard PC/SC reader.
For this set your opencard.properties to:
###############################
# Card service configuration #
###############################
OpenCard.services = \
com.ibm.opencard.factory.MFCCardServiceFactory \
opencard.opt.util.PassThruCardServiceFactory
###############################
# Card terminal configuration #
###############################
OpenCard.terminals =
com.ibm.opencard.terminal.pcsc10.Pcsc10CardTerminalFactory
###############################
# Trace configuration #
###############################
OpenCard.trace = opencard:5
The above should work with any PC/SC reader.
cheers
