Well, I think that probably wont be necessary.  

The OCF people I've met are all very nice & decent, and you wouldn't gain anything by 
this route.  Many companies would shy away from using a technology which has schisms 
in the background. 

Personally, I wouldn't be willing to get involved unless we had thier blessing.

Nice to see such enthusiasm though :-)

I'm not a lawyer, and I don't even play one on TV, but the way I read
the license for OCF, it seems that an open source project doesn't even
need their permission to start.

Anyone have a real reading of this?  Know an IP lawyer?
