the singtrust cards have the tcos 2.0 on board, but i do not have find
any information without signing an nda so far. instead of doing the hard
stuff on bit shifting in the os it might be an alternavie to use the
free pkcs#11 library from singtrust, it does all the neccessary tcos ops
for you.
