My answer to 1 & 2 is to use the OCF-PC/SC bridge. It comes with the
OCF reference implementation. I use the following class in my
OpenCard.terminals line...
com.ibm.opencard.terminal.pcsc10.Pcsc10CardTerminalFactory
This allows you to use any PC/SC terminal with OCF.
I don't know the answer to 3 & 4.
