Run regedit.

Navigate in the registry to the following:
 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
  -> SOFTWARE
   -> Microsoft
    -> Cryptography
     -> Calais
      -> SmartCards

Click on any type of card listed here and observe the ATR value.
If you don't find your card, then you'll have to contact the manufacturer
and add the details yourself.
