Xorg.0.log with missing cursor

Monitor:LEN E2323swA (DVI-D)
Similar to Bug 94259 (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=94259)
After X starts monitor shows a display, but there is no visible mouse cursor. I
check the Xorg.0.log and lsmod, and KMS is supported.
