Ok, I've removed VideoRam and DisplaySize lines on my xorg.conf. My Screen
section is actually as follows:
Section "Screen"
Identifier "Screen0"
Device "Card0"
Monitor "Monitor0"
DefaultDepth 24
SubSection "Display"
Viewport 0 0
Modes "800x600" "800x600Over" "640x480" "640x480Over"
EndSubSection
EndSection
Same result as before. You can see how it looks like

I guess that it's all about the CH7019B TV encoder... I would take a look into
the openchrome source code if I knew where to start... any suggestion?
