Output of lspci is not relevant.

Not after a 'make install', after a reboot -- or after a
'modprobe -v via'.  The relevant kernel modules must be loaded

This is just the first line, eight more lines with agpgart and drm 
should follow.  If they are not there, the needed kernel modules 
are not loaded.

line, not add it.

Please learn how a Linux system hangs together.  Log files are all 
in /var/log.  There you will find also Xorg.0.log.  Copy it to your 
home dir, gzip it, then attach it to your reply email.
