I don't really know if this could be a driver issue but I thought I'd 
asked anyway.

 From what I understand, Skype needs two Xv ports for properly handling 
video calls (one for your own video preview and one for the external 
video). Looks like there is only one video port available with the 
OpenChrome driver. Starting a video call with Skype on my EPIA-M10000 
with OpenChrome 0.2.900 produces the following messages before it crashes:

Skype Xv: Xv ports available: 1
Skype XShm: XShm support enabled
Skype Xv: Using Xv port 73
Starting the process...
Skype Xv: Xv ports available: 0
Skype XShm: XShm support enabled
Aborted (core dumped)

So I was wondering if the OpenChrome driver could be set up in a way to 
provide at least 2 Xv ports? What is limiting the number of Xv ports 
anyway? I would appreciate any explanation on that matter.
