I recently compiled and installed the latest openchrome release (.903 as of
this writing). I have an old epia ml6000ea board that has the CLE266 integrated
video chipset. Everything seems to work just fine, however I have only had
partial success in rotating the display.

If I try to use xrandr with X running, nothing I try does anything or I get an
error "invalid parameter attributes." However, if I specify the device option
"Rotate" and set it to "CCW" for example in my xorg.conf, the display is in
fact rotated but the resolution is not correct. There is a black section at the
bottom of the screen with the rotated display above that. If I move my mouse up
towards the top of the display (to the right if you're looking at it rotated)
then the display slides up (or to the right) as if it is a virtual size/display
of some kind. No mixture of settings I've come across has remedied this problem
yet.

Is there something I'm doing wrong or is rotation not completely supported for
the CLE266 chipset? I have even tried explicitly setting the option "NoAccel"
to "True" when setting the rotation open in xorg.conf with the same results as
noted above.
