As I understand, (from https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-
xorg-video-openchrome/+bug/372469) you upgrade from Intrepid to Jaunty,
and this problem apear.
In the Intrepid the OpenChrome revision is r587.
In Jaunty there is revision r713.
If in the revision r587 this bug doesn't exist, but in r713 exist, please
find in which revision this bug apear.

check if this bug exist on revision
r599, if not exist please check if exist on revision r682, if not exist
please check r713, and so on ...
