#307: Edges of video are corrupt on CX700M2

Using SVN trunk, I'm seeing some green fringes on the sides of an Xv
window, and a brighter yellow-green rectangle at the bottom of the video.
The same video plays fine with a patched Unichrome driver, and on Intel
hardware. I've attached my X server logs - when I can transfer the picture
off my mobile phone, I'll add a photo of the corruption.
