ok, we now know that changeset 787 is likely the culprit with the TV out
issue.
The idea now is to go back to latest trunk again and play with the TVPort
option. Possible values for this option are : DVP0, DVP1, DFPHigh and
DFPLow.
The default for CLE266 is DVP0, so you need to try the other ones.
Add something like the following line to the Device section of your
xorg.conf :
Option "TVPort" "DVP1"
