#361: rectangles drawn incorrectly depending on window position

In windowed mode, drawing of rectangles depends on the window position.
When window is at (0,0), everything is drawn OK. When I move it right,
rectangles inside the window are clipped on the right side. The more I
move the window rightwards, the more the rectangles are clipped. Maybe
series of images is more explanatory.
To reproduce, start eg. xmoto in windowed mode and try moving it around.
Not sure about the affected openchrome component, the bug only seems to
manifests itself in 2D graphics.
