#365: Option "MigrationHeuristic" section is higly outdated in the man page

!OpenChrome man page says that 'on Xorg server versions after 1.1.0 this
defaults to "smart"'. Probably that's true, but starting from X server
version 1.3.0 it defaults to "always". In fact, when I tried to start X
with EXA enabled and MigrationHeuristic set to "smart", it crashed
immediately.
Also, is the following sentence still valid: 'The openchrome driver
performs best with "greedy", so you should really add this option to your
configuration file'?
