Jon provided a patch that may fix the issue in a cleaner way than the
revert patch. It would be nice if affected users could test with the
openchrome-0.2.904-better_fix_tvout_flickering.patch applied on top of svn
trunk. Feedback from users with a VT1625 tv encoder would also be greatly
appreciated.
