#385: TV output no longer correctly detected

I have an EPIA-M with an Ezra CPU and CLE266. With Ubuntu Jaunty, I did
not require an xorg.conf file, everything was automatically detected. Now
that I am on Debian Squeeze, using the SVN trunk version of OpenChrome, I
require Option "ActiveDevice" "TV" in order to get anything but a black
screen at X startup. Nothing in the hardware or BIOS has changed.
