#388: EXA+XvMC: fullscreen lost parts of screen

While I run XvMC with EXA ("greedy") in fullscreen mode and start to
switch back or temporary popup VLC controls - left and bottom parts of
screen still black. Sometimes it repaired self, but usually no.
I use "illegal" patched combinations - 0x3371 chip (P4M900), but I force
to enable it in kernel, openchrome & libxvmc and all working fine, exclude
described combinations, then I think there are EXA+XvMC problem. Current
unlocking patches here:
