#395: undefined symbol: ViaPanelGetSizeFromDDCv1

With some video card the X server fails with the following message:
/usr/bin/X: symbol lookup error:
/usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/openchrome_drv.so: undefined symbol:
ViaPanelGetSizeFromDDCv1
This bug was reported on debian at: http://bugs.debian.org/614022

The submitter provided a patch, I'm attaching it, it basically reverts the
renaming from ViaPanelGetSizeFromDDCv1 to ViaPanelGetSizeFromDDC that
occured with the marge at r888.
If this change was intentional, then src/via_mode.c and src/via_bios.h
need to be updated instead as they still refer to
ViaPanelGetSizeFromDDCv1.
