New description:
This is the Ubuntu 12.04 Precise, Linux 3.2.0-31, with Skype 4.0.0.8 on a
Samsung NC-20. The Ubuntu package for OpenChrome is 1:0.2.904+svn1050-1.
See short snippets of video, interspersed with the video panel going
completely green, for a green flashing effect.
A previous Skype, 2.1.0.47, does not exhibit this problem. I have tried
various settings with other video programs in an attempt to reproduce the
problem, without success.
This has been previously reported to Skype.
