Because this is about repository management for development, which is
on topic for opencog-dev and off topic for opencog. It's not about
not being open. People interested in very lengthy arguments about
branching policy are always welcome to opencog-dev, while those
interested only in the more conceptual aspects of the project aren't
likely to find this particular discussion productive or interesting.
