I tried a bunch of servers:

pool.sks-keyservers.net
subkeys.pgp.net
pgp.mit.edu
keys.nayr.net
keys.gnupg.net
wwwkeys.in.pgp.net
wwwkeys.en.pgp.net

All of them either tell me that no PGP data was found:
---
gpgkeys: key B01FA116 can't be retrieved
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
gpg: Total number processed: 0
---

or they just dont connect:
---
gpg: requesting key B01FA116 from hkp server wwwkeys.fr.pgp.net
?: wwwkeys.fr.pgp.net: Host not found
gpgkeys: HTTP fetch error 7: couldn't connect: Success
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
gpg: Total number processed: 0
---
