The openpsi.scm file has the same name as the directory and has the 
define-module content. So when it is installed it is copied to 
/usr/local/share/opencog/scm/opencog/openpsi.scm while the rest of the 
files are copied to 
 /usr/local/share/opencog/scm/opencog/openpsi/other-files.scm
