I think I understand the message; it's a mix of high-level advice regarding OpenCog dev and some suggestions about specific collaborations we might want to pursue (though figuring out the names and contact info from the indirect allusions made would require a little effort I guess...).... Some of the advice like "don't let crap into the codebase" is hard to argue with, others like "it's easier to develop your own language" isn't so obvious...
In any case he says the reason for his "subterfuge" will be made obvious later. So I'm willing to wait ;) .... Could be a nut-case, could be someone eccentric with a lot of valuable stuff to offer.... No need to make a judgment now...
