http://wiki.opencog.org/w/REST_API that the REST API can use some updating... to wit: -- that API is no longer consistent with the changes to attention values from Misgana's work. -- That API also doesn't support the new values subsystem, which makes it less useful/interesting than it otherwise could be. -- listing the incoming set as part of the atom is going to hurt efficiency, for larger datasets.
