Guys,
anybody using AtTimeLink should watch out, the order of the arguments
has been swapped, as proposed here

Since the unit tests pertaining to AtTimeLink didn't work I might have
introduced bugs. Ideally these tests should be fixed, but I don't know
their status (what is relevant, what is obsolete, etc) so I didn't want
to go through the pain of fixing them.
