Reading your duplicate I realize you probably asked something else. So MOSES is currently rather isolated from the rest of OpenCog, it cannot use Atomses operators or OpenCog processes such as the pattern matcher, instead it has its own standalone set of operators (boolean, numerical, and to some limited extend lists), the resulting models can however be imported to the atomspace, as explained in my previous reply.
