Yes. Last I tried to work with it, it had some very awkward corners (the
"demands" part was badly integrated), yet other parts were clean and
well-designed/coded. It was certainly abstract enough to be a part of the
atomspace.  However, untangling the tangled bits from the clean bits might
be quite hard/time-consuming.
