Seems I need the ability to create repositories on the OpenCog repo before the transfer. Could you give me the privilege? I intend to upload OpenCog to Debian when it's ready -- I understand OpenCog is still in early alpha stage. BTW, link-grammar is stable and already in the official Debian archive.
