I am running windows 10 and I am running into a problem installing OpenCog.
.I am getting the error message:
Couldn't open file /C:/Windows/System32/opencog_repos/opencog/lib/base
and I checked and it is not there.
I had to create a new Vagrantfile because I think the Vagrantfile created
was for Linux as it would not work for me,
and when I used the init command to make a new file it failed. The new
Vagrantfile gave this when I tried to run it.
C:\Windows\System32\opencog_repos\opencog\lib>vagrant up
