Its probably yet another python bug.  You're on the bleeding-edge: very few
users use python, and we've fixed dozens of python bugs in the last 6
months. My guess is that it is this bug:
https://github.com/opencog/atomspace/pull/2064  which I will merge in about
1/2 hour .
